Proud Chicago native who accepts all styles of pizza. I am a freelance Chicago food stylist with 15 years experience in the food photography and food styling industry. My lead up to food styling was attending St. Marys College of Notre Dame, Indiana where I received my BFA. I then attended culinary school at the Illinois Institute of Art. I earned a degree in burgers with a minor in hot dogs. My studies also included pancake stacks and bagel smears. My liberal libation training required a mastery of mixed cocktails with and without condensation. Going unappreciated until after my death, my food styling will be recognized for my use of searing blow torches, cheese melts, and Jackson Pollock-esque drips and splashes. While I have lots of experience baking cookies, muffins, and cupcakes; I have had only two buns in my oven. My style is often realism mixed with fantasy.
